Born in Spartanburg SC, he served in the US Army from 1995 – 1998 and was stationed in South Korea and Ft. Hood Texas. Upon serving in the US Army, he moved to Phoenix AZ in 2001 and began his golf career; Tim became a member of the PGA of America in 2005. Tim is married to his wife Dani and they have 2 boys, Greyson (14) and Elias (11). They are members at Upstate Baptist Church (Five Forks Location).

Szymon Wierzbicki

Born in Warsaw, Chef Szymon Wierzbicki was raised with the belief that there should always be plenty of food to feed everyone and that the greatest joy comes from seeing people happy, gathered together, and enjoying themselves. That foundation continues to inspire his work today as Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Services at Fox Run Country Club.
Throughout his career, Chef Szymon has worked with and helped open, develop, and redesign menus for a wide range of respected restaurants and hospitality groups, including Darden Restaurants east coast operations, Larkin’s Restaurants and Events, Rene’s Fish Market, Addy’s, The Green Room, Lone Star, and Hyatt Regency Events and Catering to name a few. His experience of restaurant ownership, menu development, organization of huge special events, and catering has shaped his passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
At Fox Run, Chef Szymon takes pride in creating menus that bring people together, whether for casual lunches, member favorites, elegant dinners, golf events, or special celebrations. His goal is to make every meal warm, welcoming, and memorable for members and guests alike!
